2. Subscription Terms

We offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

3. User Content & License

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. You grant DresStar a limited license to process this content strictly for the purpose of providing AI styling and virtual try-on services.

4. AI Service Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided for inspiration only. DresStar makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or fashion quality of AI suggestions. Users are responsible for their own purchasing and styling decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DresStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DresStar against any claims or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
